e-Dialog

I spent nearly ten years here, one of email marketing's pioneering agencies, growing from Creative Production Specialist to Manager of Creative Services.

By 2012, I was leading an award-winning team of up to 12 designers, serving national brands across travel, insurance, sports, and retail.

My focus was pushing what email could do. I coined the term Super Subject Line, introduced HTML5 video into email, and built some of the first responsive, mobile-optimized campaigns for clients like CVS , Avis, NFL and American Airlines

The client roster ran deep. NFL's weekly newsletter reached fans with personalized content segmented more than 33 ways, CheapTickets ran on weekly testing and lifecycle triggers, and pitch work for Kahlúa and Gillette helped land new business.

The NFL's campaigns consistently drove high click-through rates, and the CVS/Minute Clinic mobile campaign was recognized as best in class.

I presented on email design at the W3C HTML Email Workshop in Paris and on mobile optimization at IRCE in San Diego, and was quoted in Internet Retailer, Chief Marketer, and Multichannel Merchant.
